I had the enchiladas Del Mar. They were alright but I wasn't wowed. For $25 they're about what I expected given the location. A little more filling than I initially thought I might get but less flavor. The rice and beans that came with them are alright. Overall the food is fine and the service satisfactory, but it's not worth dealing with the location. If you're in the area it's a satisfactory option, but a little pricey in my mind. It's really the price that makes this a 3 rather than 4.

It was actually quite good. I have been to this place before and the food wasn't that great. This time it was very good. I had the 'Oaxacan-Style' pork tamales which were tasty. The chips were very fresh and quite crisp. Both salsas were good. The service was very good as well. This place is easy to find, but parking is very limited.

I read a bunch of not quite great reviews so was nervous to try out this new spot. However, we decided to give it a shot, and I’m glad we did! We had a reservation for 7:30, and were sat at 7:28. We received chips and salsa about 3 minutes after sitting. And a few minutes later were visited by our waiter who took our drink order. He brought our drinks quickly, with waters all around. He followed up twice to take our order and our food came out in expected time. We were offered dessert, which we ordered, at which point our waiter offered to split our check 3 ways (bonus!). Overall, we had a great experience. Giving it 4 stars just because I think there’s a bit better TexMex food around town. No doubt though we will be back!

Great to have the hometown original (back) in this area of town, however, let's just say it out loud. It's not the original. Sure they tried hard - and that's not fair because it's not possible - so there's that. Nonetheless the food was great, atmosphere was upscale, and the margaritas were as expected. Great! We came on a weekday, so there was no wait. In addition, valet parking will be needed as there is limited parking in the area. Happy eating!

A few colleagues and I visited the establishment for the first time at noon. We waited ~25 minutes to be seated, which was understandable given the typical lunch hour madness in the area. In general and along with our waitress, the staff seemed to all be in really bad moods. The food was a joke and overpriced. $16 for a beef fajita taco, a tiny heap of rice and cold, sloppy serving of beans. I expect to pay more in the area, sure, but I also expect better service and attention to detail. I hope the establishment improves. I'll visit again in the future. Maybe they were having a bad day?
